Two Requests for Proposals (RFP) for the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) dollars will be posted by the Housing and Community Development Division of the Community Development Department. The first application relates to high need public service projects funded with CDBG and HTF dollars that serve the low-income community of Gilroy. The other relates to a Housing Rehabilitation program funded with CDBG funds that will provide minor repairs, large scale rehabilitation and accessibility improvements also to low income residents of Gilroy.
