    • In Person at City Hall - 7351 Rosanna Street, Gilroy

    Personal identifying information is voluntary to make your request, but contact info must be provided so we may respond to requests submitted through this form.

  2. Personal contact information including phone number, email and address is not required in order to file a public records request. This form may be submitted to request copies of various records that are maintained. The City intends to respond to you within 24 hours of the request, to identify the date in which the record will be provided. The City will make every effort to provide responsive records in electronic format if the record is maintained as such.
