First Time Home Buyer Workshop June 22nd
This HUD Authorized Workshop will be held Saturday, June 22, 2013 from8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. at the Gilroy Public Library, 350 W. Sixth Street, Gilroy. -- Working Lunch Provided – Although the workshop is FREE, advance enrollment is required! Completion of the program results in a “Fannie Mae” certificate. Las Animas Business Park, draft EIR is available for public review
The Las Animas Business Park project consists of the construction of an office park complex comprised of four buildings on the project site. The project comprises 61,205 square feet of combined office building area on 3.69 acres.

Around Town – Safer Routes to Schools
Utilizing a $697,000 federal grant, construction is now underway at 26 locations throughout Gilroy to provide safer routes to schools for Gilroy school children and other pedestrians. All construction work will be completed in May of 2013. View Video
