Arts and Culture Commission

Arts and Culture Commissioners serve a four (4) year term. The Arts and Culture Commission is a seven (7) member body which is responsible for advising the Community Services Department and the City Council on all matters pertaining to cultural and artistic activities and cooperate with other governmental agencies and civic groups in encouraging, promoting and stimulating the growth of broad based arts in the community. They may also assist the Community Services Department by pursuing and soliciting private, regional, state and federal funding support for arts programs and facilities development. The Arts and Cultural Commission Meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street.
