Council Goals
Each year, the City Council holds a goal setting session to identify and discuss issues that will allow them to be
a more effective policy setting body, and to set priorities for the upcoming years.
On January 11 and 12, the City Council met for its annual goal setting session. After a facilitated discussion,
the Council formulated its strategic plan for the next 15 years, including a vision, mission, services and action plan.
