We are located at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna Street. We provide a full range of services as they relate to the building inspection, code enforcement and plan check aspects of construction.

If you are contemplating doing a construction project please check out the links on the left. Many of your questions can be answered from that informational data. Should you wish to speak to us directly about any issue, please call (408) 846-0451, or come down to our offices.

We offer courteous service with experts to assist you with your permit needs.

Each plan is reviewed for compliance to all State codes, laws and local ordinances by our ICBO Certified plans examiners.

Every project submitted for permit process receives the best of attention by our experienced Office and Plan check staff.
