Fire Code
The City of Gilroy has adopted the Uniform Fire Code 1997 - California Fire
Code 1998 Editions. These have been amended by City Resolution to have additional:
- Fire Sprinkler Requirements
- Toxic Gas Requirements
- Restrictions on Locations for Above Ground Flammable & Combustible Liquid Tanks and LPG Tanks
In addition the following appendix chapters have also been adopted: IC, IIA,
II-B, II-D, II-F, II-H, II-I, III-A, IV-A, IV-A, IV-AB, V-A and VII.
