Welcome to the City of Gilroy Human Resources Department!
The Human Resources Department works jointly as a strategic partner with the
City departments within the organization and has the primary role of supporting
the City of Gilroy organization by providing services related to human resources
management to more than 227 full-time employees and the many part-time employees
of the City. City employees work in a wide range of fields including
administration, finance, planning, engineering, operations, public safety,
recreation and more.
