Employment Application
The City of Gilroy’s Employment Application is available online! Please
follow these simple steps to complete the application:

The City of Gilroy Employment Application is available in PDF format. If you
do not have the free Adobe Acrobat Reader software already installed on your
computer, click on the icon and follow the simple instructions at the Adobe
site to install it.

The Employment Application is set up so that you may complete the application
while it is open on your computer screen. After opening the form through the
Acrobat Reader, simply type the information in the appropriate locations. Once
you have finished completing the full two-page application, print your
completed application on your local printer. You should also consider saving
a copy of your application before printing.

After checking that the application is complete and free of errors, the
application must be signed by you. Once you have printed and signed the
employment application, you may mail or deliver it to:

The position you are applying for may require that you include supplemental
materials; please include them with the application when you deliver or mail
it to the City.
