Physically Challenged Board of Appeals

About the Board


Members of the Physically Challenged Board of Appeals serve a 4 year term. The board meets to conduct hearings regarding action taken by the Building Life and Environmental Safety Division in enforcement of providing Public Accommodations for the Physically Challenged. In addition, this 5 member board meets quarterly to discuss items of interest to the physically challenged.
