Refunds and/or transfers will be given when notice is received by the Recreation Division by email (firstname.lastname@example.org), phone at (408) 846-0460, or in person at the Recreation office at 7371 Hanna Street at least seven (7) business days prior to the first day of class. A processing fee of $10 or 10%, whichever is greater, will be applied to the refund. Material fees are non-refundable.
If notice is received less than seven (7) business days (excluding holidays), a refund or transfer will NOT be granted. There are no exceptions.
Registration taken less than seven (7) business days are not eligible for refunds or transfers. If you have been transferred, you are NOT eligible to receive a refund for that transferred activity.
