Notice  is  hereby  given  that  the  Purchasing  Coordinator  of  the  City  of  Gilroy  at  7351  Rosanna  Street,  Gilroy, CA 95020-6197 is inviting ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS from professional consulting firms to prepare a Comprehensive Rate Study for the City’s Water and Sewer Utility Services as described in the attached Request  for  Proposals.  Submittals  will  be  accepted  via  e-mail  up  until  5:00  PM,  PST,  Wednesday,  February 02, 2022. Proposals received after that time and date will not be considered. The City of Gilroy accepts  no  responsibility  if  delivery  is  made  to  another  electronic  mail  address  or  other  technological  issues that cause a submittal to be late or not received by the deadline. An evaluation team will review submitted proposals and  select the best proposal based on  the  evaluation  criteria outlined in  the RFP.  The  selected  consultant  will  then  be  recommended  to  the  City  Administrator  for  entering  into  a contractual agreement for services.
