You can view the full report as well as the executive summary, which includes city-specific data for the City of Gilroy. The PIT count provides communities with information about the unhoused population. A HUD requirement, it is a count of sheltered and unsheltered individuals experiencing homelessness on a single night in January. The count is a community-wide collaborative effort and occurs in all cities and unincorporated areas of Santa Clara County.
