Progress is continuing right on time with the Downtown Gourmet Parking Lot. Crews recently completed the bioswale retention infrastructure, irrigation infrastructure, and most of the electrical undergrounding. Crews have also poured the concrete sidewalk between the parking lot and Monterey Street.
Due to cure times for the new concrete, the temporary alley closure from the Gilroy Center for the Arts to the northern edge of the adjacent lawn area has been extended.
