This month, crews finished installing the sidewalks, curbs, and gutters for the new parking lot and are currently working on the irrigation in preparation for the arrival of topsoil, trees, and shrubbery.
Additionally, the City has been working with PG&E to provide inspection services, relocate a PG&E pole, and provide power to the site. This electrical work is currently anticipated to be completed in February.
In the meantime, crews are expected to pave the parking lot by the end of the year, weather permitting.
