The Gilroy City Council kicked off our celebration of Public Works Week by honoring the Public Works Department with a proclamation. This tribute recognizes the significant contributions made by our dedicated Public Works teammates who tirelessly work to safeguard the health, safety, and overall well-being of our community.
Our exceptional Public Works Department is responsible for building and maintaining much of our community's infrastructure including streets, trees, water supply, water treatment, wastewater, public buildings, and other structures and facilities essential to our community.
We join the City Council in extending a huge "thank you" to these dedicated professionals who give so much to our community!
