The City of Gilroy is drafting the 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan (Con Plan), which requires input from the Gilroy community to identify the city’s greatest needs. To effectively plan and prioritize how Gilroy allocates its federal Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds, we would like to gather your feedback through a Community Needs Survey.
The survey is available online and in hard copy format and must be submitted by December 1, 2024.
Paper surveys are available at City Hall, 7351 Rosanna St., the Gilroy Library, 350 W. 6th St., and by emailing Housing@cityofgilroy.org
