The City of Gilroy will be transitioning to a new, more robust, online service request portal, allowing residents to submit, track, and monitor their requests. This portal allows for a more detailed listing of categories and responses from the City Team than the one currently provided by the existing service request portal.
Requests can be submitted via the City’s online portal through the existing “Report a Concern” button on the home page of the city website. The new website portal, which will be accessed from this same button, is set to launch on Monday, March 31, 2025.
Additionally, in the coming weeks, the GilroyConnect app will be launched, providing a standalone app for service requests that will work in tandem with the online portal.
This new service request portal reflects the City of Gilroy’s commitment to enhancing the customer service experience for residents by improving responsiveness and transparency.
