The City of Gilroy has introduced a new online service request portal, streamlining the process for residents to submit, track and monitor requests. While creating an account is not required to submit a request, it is recommended to access additional portal features.
How to Submit an online service request:
To submit a request, please visit www.cityofgilroy.org and click “Report a Concern.”
Follow the next steps:
- Select a Request Category
- Select a Location (Address)
- Details of your service request
- Add a Photo (optional)
- Submit Request- Choose whether you want your request to be public, hidden or as a guest.
Once your request is submitted, you will have the option to create an account, which will allow you to have access to additional features and to receive updates on your service request.
This new service request portal reflects the City of Gilroy’s commitment to enhancing the customer service experience for residents by improving responsiveness and transparency.
