The City of Gilroy invites the public to review and comment on the draft 2025-2030 Consolidated Plan (Plan), which includes the draft PY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan, during the 30-day public comment period, beginning April 11, 2025, and ending May 11, 2025.
The draft Plan describes the City’s priority affordable housing and community development needs and the year one draft PY 2025-2026 Annual Action Plan describes the programs and projects that will be undertaken for the period of July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, to address the priority needs and specific goals identified by the Plan.
Public comments may be emailed to Housing@cityofgilroy.org by 5:00 PM, May 11, 2025 and will be addressed in the final version of the Plan to be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) for approval.
Public Meeting Dates:
May 5, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
City Council will hold a public meeting to review and accept public comments on the draft Plan and will provide direction on the proposed funding allocations for the PY 2025-2026 CDBG program.
June 2, 2025, at 6:00 PM.
City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comments and consider adoption of the Plan and funding allocations.
