The City and the Gilroy Management Association, the union that represents mid-management employees, have reached a tentative agreement for a three-year successor Memoranda of Understanding (MOU) covering wages, hours and working conditions. The MOU will be considered for approval by the Gilroy City Council on Monday, July 28, 2025. The “draft” updated MOU is attached below for reference.
