Appeal of Administrative Citations Withdrawn & Fines Paid

Surrounding the Events that Occurred on October 29 and 30, 2021

Thursday, September 15, 2022 (Gilroy, CA): On August 31, 2022 all appeals related to administrative citations issued by the City of Gilroy for events on October 29 and 30, 2021 at 490 Las Animas Avenue were withdrawn.  This means that the citations issued to each appellant (Augustina Armendariz, Domingo Armendariz, and Rebeca Armendariz) stand and each of the three appellants submitted payment for violations of the City’s Special Event Permit process.  As a result, the City’s Administrative citation process for these three appellants is now closed. No citation appeal was filed by Benjamin Calderon and the City is taking steps to collect the required citation fine.
