For those in our community who do not have a stable home, finding resources to keep life moving can be a very real challenge. From finding a hot meal, shower, emergency housing, or behavioral health support, many organizations provide life-saving services that can help.
To learn more about the resources available and to connect with resource providers, please visit http://www.cityofgilroy.org/unhoused.
In addition, the City of Gilroy has two Quality of Life Officers in the Police Department who assist unhoused individuals by making site visits and connecting those in need with service providers who conduct assessments and provide services, resources, and programs.
To connect an unhoused individual with our Quality of Life Officers, please call 408-846-0300. If it’s an emergency, please call 9-1-1.
Thank you for your efforts as we work towards creating a community where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. |
