Do you have an outstanding balance on your water bill? This is a friendly reminder that the City has resumed assessing late penalties on delinquent accounts beginning September 1, 2021, and accounts that are 60 days delinquent and do not have an active payment arrangement established will be at risk of having services shut off beginning January 1, 2022.
If you are experiencing financial hardship due to COVID-19, payment plans are available, and we are ready to support you by offering alternative payment arrangements.
